Neurographic Art Therapy for Vision Board creation

Neurographic art therapy, developed by Pavel Piskarev, is a meditative art technique that uses drawing to connect the conscious and subconscious mind, helping individuals transform stress, anxiety, and negative emotions into positive experiences and insights.

  1. Draw a square on your page, leave space on all sides for the divine to co create with you (the space of pure potential)
  2. Make circles for the areas in your life you want to focus on ie career, relationships, self growth, health, prosperity etc. Let your circles overlap the square in the middle of the page. Place a circle in the middle of your page that represents Spirit, in whatever form works for you.
  3. Make creative lines all over the page letting them run out over the edges
  4. Soften any hard edges
  5. Use symbols and words to represent what you want to manifest in each of your circles.
  6. Visit your board often, making little circles all over while you whisper Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou repeatedly. The more gratitude in your heart the more open you become to receive all the good things waiting to flow to you.
