How to do a kidney cleanse fast

Your kidneys serve an important function by filtering and managing the waste your body produces, so it’s essential to keep them healthy. One way to keep your kidneys functioning properly is to do a kidney cleansing fast. Not only can a kidney cleansing fast dissolve kidney stones, it can also help rejuvenate and detoxify the organs for a healthier system.

Steps

Consult your doctor before starting a kidney cleansing fast. Depending on your current health conditions, it may not be safe. A kidney cleansing fast can also affect medication absorption.

Reduce the amount of food you eat a few days before your kidney cleansing fast. This will give your body time to adjust and will be easier once you start the cleanse.

Determine how much water you should consume each day. As part of the fast, you should consume half of your body weight in ounces. For example, if you weigh 200 pounds, you should aim to drink 100 ounces per day.

Drink only water for 3 days, as well as organic vegetable or fruit juice, or even herbal tea. No food is allowed during this time.

Consider adding a pinch of Himalayan salt-up to 1/4 teaspoon-to every 10 ounces of water. While fruit juice and teas are fine to drink during your kidney cleansing fast, avoid alcohol and caffeine.

Combat potassium and electrolyte loss by drinking a vegetable broth.

Combine potato and carrot peels, chopped beets, onion, garlic cloves, celery and dark green leafy vegetables. Add water and simmer for more than one hour.

Include the broth in your kidney fasting cleanse by drinking it 2 or 3 times a day during the fast. Throw away the vegetables and do not eat them during your cleanse.

Eat watermelon at the end of your kidney cleanse to further your treatment. Experts suggest that eating 2 large organic watermelons will help empty toxins from your kidneys.

Continue to ease out of the fast slowly, eating raw fruits and vegetables for a few days after you break the fast and before returning to your regular diet.

Glyconutrients – the key to a long and healthy life

The most important discovery for your immune system in the last 100 years is something called glyconutrients. Science and medicine have long tried to understand the code by which the cells in the body communicate with one another in order for its complex functions to occur. Feeling out of sorts? Listen to your gut

It’s not entirely obvious when there’s a problem. The signs are a little more subtle and you might not even realize they’re related to your gut.

Common symptoms associated with imbalanced flora–see how many apply to you:

– Frequent tiredness and/or fatigue
– Frequent constipation and/or diarrhea

Research studies have shown that it is important to use more than one strain of probiotic bacteria when tackling dysbiosis. The laws of health

When confronted with a health challenge, whether a loss of energy or a medically diagnosed, chronic condition label, it is important that you understand what you are dealing with.

Every cell in the body is like a little battery. Every organ, gland and system in your body is made up of cells. In order for your body to function healthily, you must have full cellular power.

If any part of the body shows signs of pain, degeneration, illness or disease, then it’s not the part or system that is affected, it’s the cells in the part or system that are affected.

Every cell needs oxygen to convert glucose into ATP. ATP is the cell fuel or energy that maintains a delicate mineral balance in and around your cells. It’s this delicate balance that accounts for the electrical potential of your cells, without it you are powerless.

In order to get oxygen and remain healthy, your cells must be in a Living, Dry state. If the Living, Dry state is altered you will experience pain, degeneration, illness and disease and ultimately death.

Only one thing can alter the Living, Dry state and that is trapped blood protein. Trapped blood protein pulls water out of the blood stream, reducing the energy field and altering the Living, Dry state.

This only happens when you break the Pure Laws of Health.

The laws are:

1.         Everybody must work…optimal health relies completely upon circulation – the circulation of the blood to deliver essential ‘groceries’ and the circulation of the lymph to ‘do the dishes’. While movement is fundamental to good circulation, it is primarily through breathing that constant flow is maintained.

2.         Don’t argue quarrel or fight…don’t stress yourself physically, emotionally or mentally. Stress is like a shock to the system, it dilates your blood vessels causing massive blood protein loss.

3.         Don’t defile your body . . . if you put anything unnatural into your body you are quite literally poisoning yourself. Make sure that the food you eat is nourishing your body. Even the healthiest body is susceptible to environmental toxins as well as having its own metabolic waste; therefore it must also regularly be cleared, through cleansing.

In conclusion, in the Wet state, four primary conditions arise that lead to every diagnosed symptom of pain, degeneration, illness, disease and ultimately death.

These are oxygen deprivation, dehydration, acidity and nutrient deficiency.

Parasite cleanse for colon/intestines

Black walnut – When it comes to cleaning your colon, experts recommend that you take a strong dose of black walnut hull tincture. Walnut is also a laxative. If you are having problems with your bowel movement, it would be a good idea to try this herbal medicine. Bear in mind that parasites are more likely to develop in your colon if you do not have regular bowel movement. Black Walnut induces bowel movement without causing irritation, nausea or pain. When it comes to side effects of the black walnut, there are very rare cases of mild itchiness experienced by some people who used it. However, such itchiness usually disappears after a few days.
