Parasite cleanse for colon/intestines

Black walnut – When it comes to cleaning your colon, experts recommend that you take a strong dose of black walnut hull tincture. Walnut is also a laxative. If you are having problems with your bowel movement, it would be a good idea to try this herbal medicine. Bear in mind that parasites are more likely to develop in your colon if you do not have regular bowel movement. Black Walnut induces bowel movement without causing irritation, nausea or pain. What to expect:

Unfortunately for people prone to Candida yeast overgrowth a Candida cleanse is probably not something you will do once and be done with. Even when incorporating the most effective holistic approach, life long adherence to the Candida diet, continued use of probiotics and periodic administration of antifungals will likely be necessary to keep your Candida under control. However, once you make some significant progress in reducing your yeast load, your diet won’t have to be as restricted.

Cleansing the colon

Things you’ll need:

  • non-chlorinated water
  • Epsom salts
  • Pot
  • Cooking thermometer
  • enema bag
  1. Put 2 quarts of water into a pot
  2. Add 2 tbsp. Epsom salt and stir
  3. Heat the water and salt mixture to 40 degrees celsius, making sure that the salt on the bottom of the pot is fully dissolved
  4. Add the mixture to an enema bag and administer

The salt-and-water mixture will naturally clean the colon without killing the natural flora in the colon.

 Tips & Warnings

  • Boil tap water to rid it of chlorine
  • Administer enema’s only under the direction of your doctor.  Make sure that the water is no hotter than 40 degrees celsius.
